Can we customize our items?
We have several items available for customization! Work directly with our designer or just send the information with your order.
Do You White Label
We work hard to brand our items so white-labeing isn't available at this time. We require our branding to stay with our items when merchandised.
What's Your MSRP?
Our MSRP varies per product, you can find each MSRP with it's item on our Faire wholesale site.
What's Your MOQ?
We love having low minimums. Our minimum opening order is $75. Case sizes vary by product.
What if a Mug Breaks in Transit?
Mugs are ceramic and ocassionally break in transit. Just send us a photo within 1 week of arrival to hello@sendmeadream.shop and we'll replace it right away-free of any charge.
What is Your MAP?
The parties shall make commercially reasonable efforts establish a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) for all Licensed Products. Our MAP is equal to our MSRP on each product. Licensee will make commercially reasonable efforts not cause or permit Licensed Products to be advertised at a price below MAP. The MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the Licensed Products are actually sold or offered for sale to an End User, which remains in the discretion of the Licensee and/or Reseller, subject to any pricing restrictions of local, state, and/or provincial law.
We understand that your shop runs ocassional sales. We ask that your normal base price reamins at our suggested MSRP.
